Mount Carmel Deanery camps held at Pushpa Ashram, Shikaripura

April 10, 2018 : Diocese of Shimoga conducts every year two camps one for 9th students "Jeevamrutha" and for 10th students "Diksoochi". Camps in four deaneries began on April 8th simultaneously. On 10th Fr Franklin D'Souza was resource person at Mount Carmel Deanery camps held at Pushpa Ashram, Shikaripura. At 7am Fr Franklin D'Souza celebrated Holy Eucharist for the students. In his homily he Preached on "inspiration of Holy Spirit in our vocation".

At 9am he took a session for Jeevamrutha about "Symbols of the Church". At 10:30pm he spoke "Church as Kingdom of God".

At 12 pm he addressed both "Jeevamrutha" as well as "Diksoochi" about "person and work". At the end he led a Healing prayer. Camp incharge Bro. Vinuth Balu thanked Fr Franklin D'Souza.
