November 10, 2018: Assumption teachers at HIRIYUR had a "Spiritual Empowerment program" led by Bro T K George, Prolife Manjula Joy and Bro William D'Souza. Program began at 9am and ended at 4pm. Manager and Correspondent Fr Franklin D'Souza together with Four HM's organized the program. It was a moving experience for the teachers.

Topics dealt we're;
1. Role of a teacher and how to handle self crisis and profession of Teaching.
2. How to handle feelings, emotions and relationships with authorities and colleagues
3. How to become a role model to students. Simplicity, sincerity and Sacrifice.
4. Service and satisfaction
5. Self healing through forgiveness and positive thinking.

Ms. Tanuja compered the program. Mr. Dayanand welcomed the resource Team and thanked them.
