'Janapriya Samaja Seva samsthe', Challkere and District Prison of Chitradurga jointly Celebrated Christmas and New Year at the District Prison

December 21st 2018; 'Janapriya Samaja Seva samsthe', Challkere and District Prison of Chitradurga jointly Celebrated Christmas and New Year at the District Prison. Parish Priest of Our Lady of Assumption Church, Hiriyur, Chitradurga District was the chief guest. Sr. Celia Director of Janapriya Samaja Seva Samsthe organized the program. Prison superident Mr. Lokesh was kind enough to host this program.

In his speech Fr Franklin D'Souza made known the importance of the family. He stressed the sacrifice of parents and he admonished them to transform their lives through genuine repentance. He wished them and prayed for them.

In his speech Mr. Lokesh, the Superident of the prison. Appreciated the service of Priests and religious. He said visiting and consoling is not a easy task. This is what Jesus told us to do. He narrated various moral incidents and asked the prisoners to go out as a new person.

Sr. Celia in her speech asked everyone to love and to forgive then real blessing flows.
