April 4, 2022: Our Lady of Assumption Church, Hiriyur, Chitradurga District Diocese of Shimoga organised three days Lenten Retreat for the parishioners.

Retreat commenced from April 1 to 3rd, 2022.

On April 1st and 2nd; 5pm to 9pm and on April 3rd 8am to 2:30pm. On April 2nd special prayers for couples were held. On 3rd confessions were organised for the faithful.

Retreat was preached by Fr. Peter B. CSSR and Fr Sandeep Menezes CSSR from Bangalore.

Assistant Parish Priest Fr Alphonse Nelson D'Souza welcomed the priests and thanked them. Parish Priest Fr Franklin D'Souza congratulated the team for Preaching a meaningful and heart touching retreat to the faithful of his parishioners.
