Day 2: Lenten Retreat at St. Alphonse Church, Alphonse nagara, Diocese of Chikmagalur

April 9, 2022: Second days retreat at St. Alphonse Church, Alphonse nagara, Diocese of Chikmagalur began at 8:30am with Rosary led by Sis. Manjula Joy and Bro. William D'Souza. At 9am Fr Franklin D'Souza led the praise and worship together with Bro. William D'Souza. At 9:45am Fr Franklin D'Souza prepared faithful for the confessions. At 10:30pm Bro. T. K. George spoke on Repentance and healing.

At 12pm Confessions were organised. Eight priests helped faithful in the confessionals. Meantime Yesusparsha team led the adoration.

After the lunch break at 1pm. Retreat began at 1:45pm with Praise and Worship led by Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. William D'Souza. Then at 2:30pm Sis. Manjula Joy spoke on 'Forgiveness'. At 3:30pm Bro. T. K. George spoke on "family life". At 4:30pm Fr Franklin D'Souza and Fr David Prakash celebrated Holy Eucharist. Retreat concluded at 5pm.
