Day 3: Final days Retreat at St. Alphonse Church, Alphonse nagara, Diocese of Chikmagalur

April 10, 2022: Third and Final days Retreat at St. Alphonse Church, Alphonse nagara, Diocese of Chikmagalur began at 8am with Rosary led by Sis. Manjula Joy and Bro. William D'Souza. At 7:30am Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. William D'Souza led the Praise and Worship. At 9am Sis. Manjula Joy spoke on "Prayer life and follow up".

At 9:45am Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. William D'Souza led the Praise and Worship. At 10am Fr Franklin D'Souza spoke on "Comforter Holy Spirit and his role in our faith". At 11am Bro. T. K. George spoke on "Innerhealing".

At 12pm Fr Franklin D'Souza together with the team led the Infilling of the Holy Spirit Adoration. Adoration concluded at 1:15pm.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After the lunch break 2pm faithful gathered near the Grotto for the blessing of the Palms. Fr Franklin D'Souza blessed the palms together with Parish Priest Fr David Prakash. Then followed the procession to the Church for the Holy Mass. Fr David Prakash led the Passion reading together with Fr Franklin D'Souza and Bro. T. K. George. Ceremony concluded at 3:30pm.
