November 11, 2023: Holy Family Deanery Meeting was held at Infant Jesus Church, Challakere, Chitradurga District, Diocese of Shimoga on November 10th.
Meeting began at 10:30pm with Prayer led by Sr. Sheela Miranda UFS. Fr Victor Pais read the Word of God. Sr. Rita Saldanha UMI welcomed the gathering. New Dean Fr Richard Anil D'Souza was welcomed with a Shawl and garland by Fr Franklin D'Souza and Sr. Josephine.
Evaluation of the Deanery programs held in the year 2023 was held. This Meeting was held to prepare the Deanery action plan for the year 2024.

Responsibilities of various commissions were distributed among the Priests and Religious Sisters. BEC Director Rev. Fr George Lobo attended the meeting and spoke on BEC to the gathering and fixed dates for the training.
Fr Franklin D’Souza and Sr. Elsamma from Hiriyur, Fr Clarence Dias and Sr. Josephine from Chitradurga, Fr Stany D'Cunha and Sr. Sheela Miranda UFS from Molakalmuru, Fr Victor Pais and Sr Moksha from Hosadurga, Fr Alphonse Lobo and Cluny Sister from Timmappayyanahalli and Dean Fr Richard Anil D'Souza, Fr Amar Chakravarti and Sr. Rita Saldanha UMI from Challakere took part in the meeting.
Meeting concluded with lunch at 12:30pm.
