Chitradurga, Hiriyur, January 31, 2023: Assumption School of Hiriyur celebrated 74th Republic day on January 26th at Assumption School Grounds at 8am.

Rev. Fr Alphonse Nelson D'Souza was the President of the program. Mr. Aluru Hanumantharayappa, the President of Hiriyur Taluk Press Association and Mr. Nagendra Nayak, alumnus of Assumption School as well as Former member of Zilla panchayath were the chief guests.

HM of Assumption Kannada Primary School Sr. Alwyn Alphonse, HM of Assumption English Primary School Sr. Martha and HM of Assumption Kannada High School were on the dais.

Students those who got highest marks in 2022 SSLC were felicitated.

March fast and Cultural programmes gave the real colour for the celebration.

Teacher Dayanand compered the program.
