January 30,2023: Our Lady of Assumption Church bid Farewell to Sr. Alwyn as she completed 60 years on January 23rd, got retired from Assumption Kannada Primary School. She served selflessly for 10 years from 2013 to 2023 in the School. 8 years as assistant teacher and from 2021 to 2023 as HM of the School.
Evening 6pm after the Holy Eucharist Fr Franklin D’Souza Parish Priest and Fr Alphonse Nelson D'Souza Assistant Parish Priest thanked Sr. Alwyn for her yeomen service to the school as well as to the Parish. Both Fr Franklin D’Souza and Fr Nelson D'Souza felicitated Sr. Alwyn. Lshe was also Incharge of Legion of Mary. Legion of members thanked her and presented a gift.
Same evening Don Bosco Samudaya celebrated the feast of Don Bosco. Meal was served for all by Don Bosco SCC.
