Youth Ministry News

Fr. Franklin D’Souza, the National ICYM Director participated and motivated the youth of various regions. On Nov. 10th he addresses 2500 parents and 500 youth at Mira Road Mumbai. He also preached on “Caste in to Deep” for the Youth Spring program at Mira Road Mumbai open grounds. This was organized by Mira road parish for the denary as well as diocesan youth of Archdiocese of Mumbai.

On Nov. 11th & 12th he participated in Regional Youth Convention at Jammu of Northern Region. From the ICYM National office Ms. Olima Minj the National ICYM President, Mr. Phillip the National ICYM Treasurer & Ms. Asha Jyothi Kindo the National ICYM Asst. Treasurer also participated in the convention. Fr. Franklin addressed youth on “transformed by faith; transform the world”. 300 youth participated in this convention.

On 13th he participated in Diocesan Youth Convention of Allahabad diocese and delivered key note address. On 14th he addressed the National Malankara Catholic Youth Convetion at Bhopal. 400 youth took part in it.

On 13th he addressed 600 youth of MP region at Archdiocese of Bhopal. This was the Bible convention held by Madhyapradesh region from Nov. 12th to 14th. He preached on “Power od the Word & Power of Jesus”.
