Preaching and Adoration at St. Lawrence Basilica, Attur, Karkala by Fr Franklin D'Souza

Karkala, January 6, 2024: Fr Franklin Dsouza led Preaching and healing adoration at St. Lawrence Basilica, Karkala on January 4, 2024, Thursday. Bro. John D'Souza led the Praise and Worship.

Program began at 9am with Rosary led by Basilica team. At 9:15am Bro. John D'Souza led the Praise and Worship. At 9:30am Fr Franklin D’Souza exposed the Blessed Sacrament and led the worship. At 10am Fr Franklin D’Souza spoke on Ezekiel 37:1-14 "The Valley of Dry Bones". Then he led the healing service from from 10:45am to 11:10am.

At 11:15am he celebrated Holy Eucharist and preached a homily on "Power in the name of Jesus". At 12:15pm Rector of the Shrine Fr Alban D'Souza led the St. Lawrence Novena. He also thanked Fr Franklin D’Souza, Bro. John D'Souza and the pilgrims who had come from various places. Meals was served for everyone.

St. Lawrence Minor Basilica, Attur, Karkala belongs the Catholic Diocese of Udupi. Annual feast is celebrated from January 21 to 26, 2024 this year.
