July 31, 2021: Assumption English High School at Hiriyur, Chitradurga District had organised Farewell for the outgoing 10th standard students. Manager and Correspondent Fr Franklin D'Souza was the chief guest. Other guests were Sr. Succorina HM Assumption English Primary School, Sr. Alwyn HM Kannada Primary School and Mr. Henry Crasta, HM Kannada High School.

Program began at 9am with welcome speech by Ms. Vaheeda Banu followed by lightning of the lamp by the guests. Keerthana, Manoj and Barkat Ali shared their opinions of Assumption School Journey.

Fr Franklin D'Souza in his speech said that, what matters in life Simplicity, humility and sincerity. Wherever you go, whatever you may become don't forget these values. This will take to heights.

Assistant Teacher Mr. Raghavendra shared his opinion about the students. Principal Fr Alphonse Nelson D'Souza thanked and inspired the students through a song. In his speech he told that importance od discipline in life
